The optimum infrastructure is in place for companies looking to move to Seelze Industrial Park. Approx. 100,000 m² of land is currently available for development. We are able to offer appropriate utilities through connection to the infrastructure used by the companies which are currently located at the park.



Power supply
Modern combined heat and power plant (gas and steam turbine)
Electricity: Works grid 6 kV, with max. load of 10 MW. Emergency power supply for approx. 2 MW via gas turbines
Steam: Generation at 40 bar. Steam networks at pressure levels of 3.5/9.5 and 16 bar are available throughout the site.


Water supply
Drinking water network at 3 bar
Demineralised water at 2 bar mains pressure for production
Service water network for cooling, cleaning and extinguishing water, 6 bar
Emergency supply independent of the power mains is ensured by diesel pumps


Supply of compressed air, nitrogen and cooling facilities
3/6 bar works networks for control air and compressed air
Nitrogen distribution in two qualities
Cooling by means of cooling brine at -15°C
