Honeywell's New Technical Service Adds Realism to Training Scenarios

HF injury simulation. Making training as real as life itself.

Honeywell’s HF Technical Service team is pleased to introduce another offering to our valued customers — HF Injury Simulation. Honeywell’s registered nurse, Pam Walsh, can simulate injuries that could occur during an HF incident with HF-related exposure, ranging from HF skin burns, eye burns, fingernail burns, open wounds and broken bones. This new offering gives Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) valuable experience reacting to and treating simulated injuries during training exercises. Without injury simulation, responders are expected to visualize a victim’s injuries and then simulate treating them. Your ERT can now assess each injury based on visual examination and symptoms, the extent of the injury and provide appropriate treatment. The ability to create a more realistic situation for first responders provides invaluable experience they can draw on during an actual emergency.

If you would like to take advantage of this exciting offering to take your training to the next level, please contact your HF account manager or a member of the Technical Service Team today.
