Research conducted by Honeywell shows that foams blown with Enovate blowing agent provide superior physical properties. These foams offer excellent dimensional stability, adhesion to metal skins and compressive strength.

Superior Fire Performance

Foam cores blown with Enovate are able to meet the ASTM E 84 class I specification. This rating provides a flame spread equal or lesser than 25 and a smoke developed value equal or lesser than 450. The results are obviously formulation dependent but results better than those observed with hydrocarbons are achievable.
