Blister Packaging

Aclar® fluoropolymer film is the ideal material for blister packaging. Its
superior moisture barrier enables worldwide distribution of products to all
climates and environments, including Zone 4 tropical locations. In fact, Aclar
films outperform PVdC films at the ICH's accelerated testing conditions of
40ºC-75%RH and at the Zone 4 requirement. Crystal clarity of the film permits
easy product and dose identification. And the chemically inert film will not
alter the taste of flavored products. Aclar film laminates well with a variety
of substrates, including PVC, PETG, APET and PP; it also thermoforms well on
conventional blister packaging equipment. Aclar fluoropolymer film complies
with FDA regulation #21 CFR 177.1380, Drug Master File #1578.
