Learning and Development

Guidance
All apprentices are supervised by an experienced Technician. Apprentices work through a rotation scheme so they are exposed to a diverse range of systems and customer sites. An apprentice council charts the welfare and development of our apprentices and oversees the mentoring programs.

Feedback
Regular feedback and individual development plans mean you'll always know how you're doing. This also includes regular salary reviews.

Honeywell welcomes applications from mature age apprentices but it is advisable to check with your local state apprenticeship body/council as not all states offer adult wages.
