MBA/Master’s Internships
Honeywell offers challenging assignments that provide opportunities to learn
and develop in the following functions: Human Resources/Communications;
Integrated Supply Chain/Operations; Marketing/Business Development/Strategy;
and Information Technology.
The internship program provides graduate students with an opportunity to
carefully evaluate Honeywell's culture, values, work ethic, management and
leadership styles, and work processes. Simultaneously, Honeywell has an
opportunity to assess the intern's performance during the summer and to
evaluate how well he or she performs, fits within the Honeywell culture, and
demonstrates Honeywell's Behaviors. Once you complete a successful internship,
we may extend a full-time offer of employment or an invitation to join our
Pathways Leadership Development Program based on business need and
availability.
Pathways Leadership Development Program
The objective of Pathways is to accelerate the learning, growth, and
performance of potential leaders through high-impact assignments, targeted
learning activities, and cross-business opportunities. Pathways is a three-year
rotational program, which, depending on the function, includes two or three
12-18 month assignments. During your last assignment, you may choose a
cross-functional or developmental role.
Participants may be required to relocate geographically to experience
various businesses and functions across Honeywell.
Honeywell utilizes its performance assessment process to ensure that we meet
high performance expectations and that Pathways participants have the
opportunity to develop their leadership skills even further.
