Advanced Technology is one of eight functional groups within Aerospace
Engineering and Technology. The Engineering organization is comprised of
Centers of Excellence and systems engineering and application groups for
mechanical and electronic products. Advanced Technology scientists and
engineers work closely with Engineering Centers of Excellence
to understand our customer requirements and then develop
technical solutions to meet those requirements.
Advanced Technology projects funded through the research and development
investment process are the result of a systematic evaluation of the industries
that Honeywell Aerospace serves and are a thorough determination of the most
appropriate technical solutions to meet those industry needs.
Research and Development investments are made in technologies that will
provide Honeywell Aerospace with substantive growth opportunities in the
future.
