Overview

Honeywell's Zing service enables remote engine monitoring and streamlined support recommendations based on data received from a Honeywell TFE731 Digital Electronic Engine Controller (DEEC). Data stored in the Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) feature of the DEEC is downloaded and transmitted wirelessly via Zing equipment post landing. Honeywell

systems monitor and report the latest engine information and status to the operator via the web and email to ensure the highest aircraft engine availability possible. Operators benefit from quicker engine data downloads, higher fidelity engine trend monitoring and faster return to service for engine events regardless of aircraft location
