GMS Ordering


The GMS ordering site has been decommissioned.


Online ordering for Honeywell's Global Material Services (GMS) has been incorporated into the MyAerospace Spares Online Ordering tool.

My Aerospace Introduces Online Ordering!


The MyAerospace website is pleased to announce the new Online Ordering functionality that provides price and availability and the ability to order online. The GMS website that you have been using will be decommissioned at the end of the year and you will need to access the MyAerospace Online Ordering tool to place orders for piece parts and sub-assemblies.

The new Online Ordering functionality provides:


Customer specific pricing and real time availability of parts
Ability to search for different part types: Purchase (New, Refurbished and Special Program), Exchange, Rental and Repair.
Online placement of orders for SPEX, Avionics Aftermarket Services.
Wheels & Brakes and Mechanical (Phoenix and HIS) parts.
How to Obtain Access


Existing User?

GO TO: MyAerospace Spares Online Ordering Tool

New User?

If you don't have a MyAerospace User ID, you will need to create a User ID and Password and register for the Online Ordering tool by taking the following actions:


1)Establish a Honeywell ID and Password.
Click on the "New User?" link on the MyAerospace website at www.MyAerospace.com to create a User ID and Password.
  
2)Register for Online Order Access.
After completing the setup of your User ID, you will need to login and register for the Online Ordering application by clicking on the " My Account " link at the top of the page and then click the "Registration" link in the top navigation.
 
Select the checkbox for the Online Ordering option and click "Next"
Complete the Personal Information section and click "Next"
Complete the Company Information section and click "Next"
You will need to provide your Customer Code which can be found on your invoice (see sample document to find your customer code)
After completing the registration form, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement within one business day, notifying you that you have been approved.
Once you are approved, you can use the "Place an Order" link under the "Quotes and Ordering" menu in the top navigation.
